The prescribed forms to be lodged with the Registrar under the Cook Islands Companies Law are set out below. The Registrar may refuse to accept the filing or lodgment of any form or document on the CookIslandsTitlePlaceholder registry if the applicable prescribed form is not used.
Fees payable for the filing of the forms are set out below. A service fee will be charged for any filings submit in hard copy format at a CookIslands MOJ office. Electronic submissions of the filings will not incur the service charge.
The Registrar may also charge late fees for any forms which are not filed within the time limits set out in the Cook Islands Companies Law.
